Sensual Chocolate by Yvette Hines is a quick sexy read of erotic romance packed with luscious, temptations that are difficult to resist. Ms. Hines creates a quiet setting dedicated as a romantic respite for couples. The Sensual Chocolate resort is built along a peaceful lake away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa epitomizes all things hot, sweet, and erotic for lovers going the extra mile to express their love and devotion to each other. Can you imagine indulging in a chocolate massage, facial with your loving partner? Thanks to Ms. Hines my mind did a splendid job of recreating a place of deliciousness for a few nights. Wow! I enjoyed my “mind-cation” which is better than my imagination about a vacation thanks to Ms. Hines’ writing blowing around the air of decadence.
Jolie Tymber one of the primary characters is a petite, milk chocolate, extremely sexy, beautiful, professional woman with a body capable of rocking any man’s world. She is a woman any man would love to sink his teeth into. Jolie is a serious minded, intelligent business woman and proprietor of the popular elegant, upscale spa resort known as Sensual Chocolate. It has garnered a reputation for delivering all relaxation body treatments in smooth, creamy, warm chocolate. Jolie’s exclusive resort encourages people to interject some sparks back into their love life.
Trenton Rayner, a handsome, broad shoulder, tasty looking morsel raised in Britain during his youth meets the luscious Ms. Tymber. Trenton’s sexy British accent remains although he has lived in America for a few decades. Trenton is a player, extremely proud of his playboy status, and has no plans of changing his status anytime soon. Trenton is eyeballing Joile as she conducts business with his brother Stiles. Mr. Rayner’s assessment of Ms. Tymber’s gorgeous, sexy body throws his libido into overdrive. Stiles visits the resort with the reputation of lusciousness and top-shelf services because he’s planning a surprisingly delicious retreat to celebrate his wedding anniversary.
Making Sensual Chocolate Resort into the quintessential spa, Joile’s determination and independence has no time for foolishness and the games played by so many men. This woman has not been on a date or intimately involved for a couple of years. Trenton, although handsome and sexy with a charming personality, is not anyone Joile would consider spending a hot second with. However, there are those wild, heart pounding, luscious, lip quivering, sizzling thoughts that make her wonder how it would feel to bed this British playboy. After meeting Trenton, Joile often finds herself distracted with the tempting thoughts of bedding this suave playboy for just one night. Surrendering to her curiosity gives Trenton call for a one night stand. This arrangement is right up Trenton’s alley and the two sexy individuals agree to a one night of pleasure, sexual gratification and curiosity.
Joile knows the style of a playboy and their idea of coupling is just two bodies bumping and grinding without emotion or attachment. However, Joile decides to introduce Trenton to a different experience by introducing him to an evening of tenderness he has missed by being a playa. Their sumptuous Valentine night is incredible and inconceivable for them. Hmm, trying a little tenderness will do strange things to you when you allow yourself the freedom to go with the flow. The exquisite night of tenderness ignites passions that leave its mark on both of them long after the erotic sessions. It’s a night of multiple explosions leaving both of them with a craving in their bones. Will they concede and reunite?
Ms. Hines does an excellent job of describing her characters as independent, well-educated, ingenious people of substance. They reminded me of several people in my circle of friends. The plot, conflicts and resolutions provide vivid pictures for a reader with a tame imagination and gently carries them on a short, dreamy walk on the wild side. Ms. Hines toys with the fives senses is sensual without being sugary sweet, but possesses enough heat to generate a little squirming in the chair without raunchiness.
I found the book tastefully written and a gratifying erotic love story with plenty of excitement that is believable and obtainable. After reading this book, I am prompted to remember to pluck a little tenderness into some things.
Sensual Chocolate is entertaining, sexy and stimulating; thereby, causing me to run to the cabinet to grab a piece of Godiva to quiet my craving for chocolate until he arrives on my doorstep. (wink)
